Welcome to Jae Nicole Beauty Bar. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for every client, please review our booking policies before scheduling your service. When booking with me for the first time, you can only book a Custom Facial. The reason for this, I would like to have an in person consultation as well as perform my own skin analysis with you, and work together from that point. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service balance. Your remaining balance is due at the time of service. ALL bookings must be made online through our booking system. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and fill out forms. A 10 MIN grace period is allowed. Arrivals AFTER 10 MINS may require rescheduling and will result in a $15 late fee or forfeiture of your appointment depending on schedule availability. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS You MAY cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations OUTSIDE of the 24 hour window will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO SHOWS will be charged 25% of the service total and may require prepayment for all future appointments. GUEST & CHILDREN To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, no additional guest or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. PAYMENTS We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and digital payments. ALL deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. SERVICE ETIQUETTE IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING RETIN-A, RETINOL, OR EXFOLIATING ACIDS, PLEASE STOP USE AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE ANY ADVANCED FACIALS OR WAXING. HEALTH & SAFETY If you are sick, experiencing cold symptoms, or have contagious skin conditions, please reschedule your appointment. For your safety, some services may be denied if contraindications are present.
